If you are looking for the best daycare, boarding and training for your furry friend look no further. My dog has been going to Pawlofts for the past 3 years. She absolutely loves going there and is very well cared for. I recently had surgery and had to board my dog for a month. This left me completely heartbroken to be without her. Pawlofts took the most amazing care of my Berkleigh. While she was boarding, I had Debbie and Jonathan “train” my dog and help me work on leash pulling and some obedience issues we were having. I had to make sure, I could properly care for my dog when she got home. I was in a vulnerable position, I had to make sure I would be safe. My dog came back a different dog, and I say this in the most positive way. She listens to all commands and I trust her while taking her out that she will not pull me. It has been a pleasure to see her doing as well as she is with me and with other people. I am forever grateful for Lori, the owner, of Pawlofts for her patience with me while I would text for updates. She put my mind at ease and would send me pictures to show me just how well Berkleigh was doing. Debbie’s commitment to help get Berkleigh trained properly and for having Debbie take Berkleigh home to me. She advised me how I would have to continue all the hard work that they all did so that I would have a dog that would not stress me out. Jonathan and the entire staff went above and beyond working behind the scenes. Louis will always greet you with a smile and really gets to know your dog! As a bonus, on Holidays, they do picture day and I will tell you, you don’t want to miss this day! They go all out! My dog comes home clean and cared for! Berkleigh loves her Pawloft family! She runs in without hesitation and literally smiles. It’s her happy place and mine too knowing I have my furry friend at the very best place Dallas has to offer. Thank you Pawlofts! You are a 5 plus, plus, plus daycare! Thank you for all you do!

We love Paw Lofts!! I let my dog(Lola) board here during the Christmas holiday and when I got back in town she was worn out from playing all day! I even called to check on her while I was out of town and they gave me updates on her. During the holidays they take super cute themed pictures for your fur baby! She loves it here at Paw Lofts and I would highly recommend this facility!

I’ve been going to Paw Lofts since 2018 and can’t imagine taking my boys anywhere else. Daycare used to be a frequent occurrence (3x a week). My pups got excited every time we pulled into the parking lot. Now that they are older, our visits are less frequent and mostly for boarding. They can go months without being there but even my oldest of 11 years gets so happy when we pull up to the building. I’ve seen the same staff faces all this time and it warms my heart that the people there know me and my dogs so well. I recently went out of town and my older boy developed some stomach issues (he’s prone to them). I was kept informed and because of how quickly the Paw Lofts staff noticed and took action, everything was fine by pick up time a few days later. He’s been home for a week and in perfect health. I can’t say enough about Laurie, Amanda, Luis, Debbie and everyone that is there. If I didn’t have Paw Lofts, i don’t know if I could enjoy my time away from home. Knowing my pups are there puts my mind at ease.

Paw lofts is the best daycare. They always greet my girl by name before she's all the way through the door! This just makes her more excited and pulls away from me to go greet her "friends" behind the desk. She usually ends up knocking stuff over but they just laugh at her and give her morning scratches. Laurie and the team are always attentive and go out of their way for their "babies" as they call them. Their not just dogs who's parents are spending money. When my apartment caught fire, they gave me 10 days free so I didn't have more to worry about. I can't tell you how much that means. I also enjoy getting pictures of my girl dressed up during every holiday. This is a family not just a doggie daycare.

Paw Lofts is hands down one of the best doggy daycare facilities here in DTX. Debbie + team are AMAZING! For months, I was searching for a new daycare facility after our local facility closed (Camp Bow Wow). There was no communication about this closing. Just notices on the windows and a locked door … the very next day. We were bummed about this as my furr baby loved it! And I did too. Great staff, clean building, reasonably priced and they had cameras. We’ve tried RuffIt, My Pet Wellness, Bones & Bacon, and many others. When I found Paw Lofts via research, it was a game changer. After a couple of days, he had already become familiar and eager to go inside. Upon arrival, his tail is wagging vigorously, happy barks (more like squeaks lol), and anticipation to hop out the car. He practically sprints behind the counter to play with friends. This is exactly how he acted with Camp Bow Wow drop-offs and this gives me a peace of mind knowing he’s happy/safe while at play. One big difference for me (outside of not having cameras) is the staff. I can tell that each and every single employee treat the pups as if it’s their own. They’re all super helpful, knowledgeable, caring and cheerful. I’ve recommended Paw Lofts to so many and they’ve also said the same. Even thanked me but no, thank Paw Lofts. They do so much for our furr babies. From training, swimming lessons, boarding, vaccinations to holiday pictures, belly rubs, great communication, treats and more. We started using Paw Lofts about two weeks ago after a bad experience with our previous daycare. So far it has been great! The staff is wonderful and already greets my pup by name every morning when we walk through the door. He comes home every day ready for a little love, food a bowl of water and sleeps until the next morning. I was very impressed with the measures they have taken to combat the heat. The owner took the time to show me the two large outdoor coolers they had added to each play area in addition to the normal ac cooling system and the multitude of extra large water containers. As a pet parent I was a bit worried after my boy came home a devoured a bowl of water the first day, but it makes perfect sense now. A ton of airflow and all day play leaves any pup a bit parched even with drinking throughout the day. I wish they had daycare on the weekends more readily available but I was told it is possible if I book early. All in all I would give 10 stars if I could. Paw Lofts is our new go to spot!

My 10 month old pup has completed just 3 days of training at Paw Lofts and his behavior has improved tremendously! He is less reactive, walks beside us, stays in his "place" when instructed, and is working on other skills like "long down". He really enjoys going to school here and seems to enjoy his daycare days as well. If you have paralysis by analysis like I did on selecting a trainer for your pup, rest assured Paw Lofts is your place. They prefer to see pups come in much sooner than 9 months when we started but he's still done really well.
